Moving Moments FAQ
What’s the purpose of the poll?
The Moving Moments poll is for fun! We are honored to have photographed each and every one of the individuals shown and this is one way we get to showcase a few from the month.

How is voting handled?
Pick your favorite photo. Click the Vote Now! link to be transferred to our Facebook Album. You must be a Fan of Pure Expressions Photography to vote. No Facebook account? That’s ok! Email your vote to info@pureexpressionsphotography.com.

Who can vote?
Anyone can! You are welcome to send a link to family, to friends, to whomever; some people have even been known to post vote requests on public forums! Please remember though, this poll is for fun. All the images are winners, we just need helping breaking it down for the calendar.

What do the winners get?
Recognition in our 2010 Moving Moments calendar. There may be other prizes, but those are anonymous and are a surprise to the top vote getters.

Why not just pick the photos yourself?
We’ve gotten it down to 10 … it’s just too hard to pick 5!

How do I order a calendar?
In November, we’ll send notes out to all the families with photos in the calendar to let them know it’s time to order! Calendars are printed the first week in December and ready before the new year starts. These are awesome calendars, too … they have a pearl finish, are a flat 11×17 page and showcase images in a custom design format with the month below it!

Do you make a lot of money off the calendar?
Gee, no. We charge $30 for the calendar and based on the number ordered, the cost to us goes down, down, down. ALL the extra (the proceeds) from the calendar are not kept in the studio. They are donated to our very favorite charity – Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep.

Do I get a tax write-off for the calendar?
No, sorry. You will be getting a product from a commercial entity (Pure Expressions Photography). Therefore, it is not a tax deductible item. Do know however, that the funds raised are intended for a very very good cause! If you’d prefer a tax write off … donate your dollars directly to NILMDTS!
