Come join us Saturday, March 29th to make a tutu, enjoy some goodies and shop for Kelly’s Kids Clothing!

You are not required to participate in the Tutu & Twirl event to shop for Kelly’s Kids Clothing. However, if you choose to participate in Tutu & Twirl, there is a $59 cost to cover materials, 2 5×7 prints of the same image and time in front of the camera. Selection of the prints will be completed on April 5th.
