How would you like a *printed* ARC of Silent Echoes with all my final edits inside? Cool? Stupid? Discuss
I have a printed copy of my Silent Echoes ARC. This is a real book. With paper. The REAL THING.
The fact that it’s an ARC though means it’s pre-final. This means, there are edits and oopsies and whatnots that I’ve found on my final-final-final read-through of the book.
Yep … all my notes are in there. Every last one. I think it’d be kinda cool to have a copy of a book like this. It’s clearly going to be a very unique item. I will never again read the book for editing purposes, so all these edits will never be made a second time. I will never mark up another book in this way.
This is a one of a kind version of Silent Echoes.
So that’s cool, right?
If you agree it’s a one of a kind gift, register in the rafflecopter below for your chance to win it! If you think … nah … this is just dumb, let me know that, too. It’s always fun to try new give aways and if this one is a cool one, I might be able to do it with my other releases, too.
So … want a printed, signed-to-you book of Silent Echoes, with all my editing notes? If so, register below! The giveaway will last through the day before release day! One winner will be chosen (because of course, I have only ONE copy).
The ONLY bad thing … if you are outside the US, shipping is astronomical for a book. It can be $15 for ONE book, so I have to apologize and say sorry, I can’t ship this outside the US, however, I’d love your feedback on the overall idea, so please feel free to share.
So what’s this book all about? Well … let me tell you before your register.
For years, Ian Sands has enjoyed his life as a bachelor, taking advantage of singlehood and exploring his own definition of passion—whoever she may be. Blonde. Brunette. Tall. Short. Hot. Not. Five months ago, all that changed.
Ian’s been celibate, frustrated and desperately seeking answers to why one woman, who doesn’t play by girls’ rules, haunts his every waking moment.
As a renovations specialist, Taylor Marsh lives, works and breathes construction—a profession her southern belle of a mother would rather Taylor not touch. The same goes for Ian; Mama Marsh would never approve of him.
Like Ian, though, each time he and Taylor draw near, something compels her to get closer.
Something else tells her to run away.
Fast.
As much as their histories suggest they shouldn’t be together, neither Taylor nor Ian can deny the pull, and the two succumb, indulging in a relationship that brings pleasure to body, mind and soul.
Doing so, though, also ushers in a series of events both should have foreseen as well as one final outcome neither expected.
Yeah? Like it? The giveaway runs from today through March 10th … the day before release day! After that, it’ll be gone and gifted away.
I would LOVE to have a book like this. I love looking at how authors edit themselves…what’s left out, what’s kept in. Sounds like a great read and something special to own.
I was hoping others might see it the same way I did. 🙂
I think it’s a really great idea. I like seeing the hand in any creative process. It makes it more personal.
That was my thought too – personal. Glad you like the idea!

Hehehee. I’ll take your ‘self appointed biggest fan ever’ comment! Yeah!!
Simple answer, would love to learn your process. An ARC would give me an insight as to how you get there from here.
Good luck with the final product.
Thanks! And if you win it, I hope you like what you see inside!
