So … no one is supposed to think back of me because I read an erotic novel … I do, of course, KNOW the author (and no it’s not me). So I had to read it. HAD to! 😉

Now that that’s been said, let me tell you why I like this story.

This is a little bit of the Romeo and Juliet ‘problem’ in that there are two factions which will be (if they aren’t already) totally against these two being a pair (in any way shape or form). So, you see … it’s a classic he can’t and she can’t, so they will.

But it’s not just about them bucking the trend. You see there is more to it. There has to be. Keeta hasn’t really learned everything about her. Ren knows a lot more about her than she does, yet he stays away … it’s she that is so drawn to him.

She needs love. He wants leverage.

One of them is going to get what they want, and a whole lot more, especially if she can get over Ren’s deceit … or what she perceives as deceit.

There is a lot of emotion in this piece and that comes from the author. I truly enjoy her writing — of all kinds.
