What can I say about a story that involved Sean! ? (Yes, that ? is supposed to be a space away … because in my head Sean comes with an ! after his name).

There’s something really intriguing about reading the same scene from another perspective. It’s like being sneaky and getting an insiders view to something I already know about.

I remember the shopping scene in Darkness & Light where Jem’s attention is on something that isn’t shopping (said that way so there are no spoilers) but here we can really see why!

Sneaky man that he is, I’m just waiting the whole time to see what he’s going to do and then (oh! If I told you, that would give it away).

I also LOVE that this is a single scene (like one simple chapter all by itself). Sure … re-reading an entire book from another perspective MIGHT be neat, but honestly, I already know the story. Why would I want the entire thing? But a scene? A scene with such intensity? And from Sean! ?

YES! Bring it on.

I can only hope we get some more snippets from darling Sean! in the near future.
