Aimee Laine is the pen name for a North Carolina photographer who moonlights as a writer.

Her articles “The Making of the Vagina Monologues” and “It’s all in the Details” were published in 2009 in local media including her town’s newspaper and a prominent local magazine.

As a business owner, Aimee has been single handedly responsible for all written materials and regularly includes personal stories as well as short works in the studio’s newsletters and other print publications.

She has written professionally since 2005.

Aimee boasts the success of her high profile photography business to emotion filled messages that accompany images published in the studio’s blog.

Aimee lives in Apex, North Carolina with her husband Ron, their son and identical twin girls.

The first final draft of her first novel, Mirage, was completed June 10, 2009.
