NEW STUDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHIC ACCOLADES KICK OFF 2007
Apex Photographer reaps the rewards of image creation mastery

Apex, NC – March 8, 2007 – Aimee Bickers, owner of Apex’s own Pure Expressions Photography, entered 2007 with a new studio and caps off her studio’s second year with six “Accepted and Exhibited” and three displayed photos at the state Convention of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina.

January 1st celebrated the opening of the new Pure Expressions Photography studio, located at 624 W. Chatham Street in Apex. With the move from a home-based studio to the location in The Hauser Building, Pure Expressions Photography added a second photography room and increased its studio space by nearly 800 square feet. The new studio boasts a fantastically unique, black & white checkered floor in one room and is flanked by a second room full of warm, inviting “at home” colors.

Following on the heels of the studio opening, Aimee participated in the annual five-day Professional Photographers convention held March 2nd – 7th at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in RTP. Three of Aimee’s images were selected for display, from among hundreds submitted by peers across the state of North Carolina, as part of the competition’s highest scoring images. Her three most acclaimed images, including All Done!, Living Baby Style and Sisters at Play, each feature children of Apex families!

Pure Expressions Photography represents the photographic, creative and artistic vision of Apex resident Aimee Bickers. Aimee, using a casual, conversational and observational approach, photographs pregnant moms, brides walking down the aisle, and everything in between, in her Apex based studio and on-location. With a flare for eliciting the purest of expressions from her subjects, Aimee in turn delivers those images in print, on beautiful canvases, and in digital format.
